Valvoline Instant Oil Change, ranked as the second-largest provider in the global quick oil change industry, has earned a spot on Forbes' "Best Customer Service 2025" list, coming in at 18th place. This also makes it the highest-ranked instant oil change provider on the esteemed list.

The annual Forbes ranking is based on feedback from 181,000 U.S. consumers who evaluated over 3,500 brands, recognizing those that excel in customer service. Valvoline received high ratings from its customers, with an average score of 4.7 out of 5 stars, derived from over one million surveys conducted annually.


Laura Carpenter, Valvoline’s chief customer officer, shared her thoughts on the achievement: “Every year, we serve millions of guests, and our goal is to deliver the very best customer service with each oil change and preventive maintenance service. I’m proud of our franchise partners, teams, and retail service centre managers who are delivering for our guests.”


With more than 2,010 service centres in the U.S. and Canada, Valvoline offers the convenience of oil changes that can be completed in about 15 minutes without the need to leave your car. The company is committed to customer satisfaction and continues to provide 28 million services annually through its extensive team of over 11,000 employees.
