Shell Lubricants and Ducati have unveiled the Shell Advance Ducati Genuine Oil 15W-50, a co-branded motorcycle engine oil specifically formulated for Ducati's next-generation engines. This oil incorporates Shell's PurePlus Technology and offers advanced wear protection, meeting the latest API SP and JASO MA2 standards to enhance performance, reduce engine wear, and optimize gearbox functionality.

Extensive testing, including over 400 simulations at Italy's Autodromo Nazionale Monza circuit, has demonstrated the oil's capability to maintain engine performance under extreme conditions. Ducati's latest engines have been developed and tested exclusively with this oil, highlighting the collaboration's focus on integrating effective lubrication with engine performance.
Aysun Akik, Vice President of Global Key Accounts and New Business Development at Shell Lubricants, emphasized that this product represents a significant evolution in the Shell Advance Ducati engine oil lineup. The innovation brings insights from the racetrack to the road, offering tangible benefits to both Ducati and Shell customers worldwide.
The Shell and Ducati technical partnership has been extended until 2027, continuing a legacy of collaboration in WorldSBK and MotoGP racing. The new oil is available exclusively at Ducati dealerships and authorized workshops across Europe.
