PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI), the global lubricants arm of Malaysia’s national oil company PETRONAS, has announced a strategic partnership with Quaker Houghton, a leading global supplier of industrial process fluids. The collaboration aims to strengthen both companies’ presence in delivering advanced metalworking solutions to industrial sectors, initially focusing on Malaysia and India.

PETRONAS Lubricants India Pvt. Ltd. (PLIPL) and Quaker Houghton have announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding their reach and strengthening their commitment to key industrial sectors across India and Malaysia.
This collaboration brings together the complementary strengths of both companies—combining PETRONAS Lubricants India’s advanced maintenance lubricants and industrial fluids with Quaker Houghton’s extensive market presence and expertise in metalworking fluids. Starting in Q2 2025, Quaker Houghton will begin offering PETRONAS Lubricants India’s high-performance product range to steel mill operators and other industrial customers in the region.
