U.S. Lubricants announced on April 16, 2026, that it has acquired Pack Logix, a turnkey packaging specialist, in a move aimed at strengthening its toll blending and packaging capabilities.
The acquisition enhances U.S. Lubricants’ ability to offer integrated blending and packaging solutions with increased capacity, deeper technical expertise, and improved quality control. Customers are expected to benefit from faster turnaround times, greater operational flexibility, and access to advanced packaging technologies. The expanded platform will also enable a wider range of packaging formats, customized formulations, and more efficient supply chain support. Through vertical integration and unified teams, clients can access reduced lead times and tailored programs, including specialty lubricants and private-label offerings.
As part of the transaction, Adam Puzach, former president of Pack Logix, has joined U.S. Lubricants as Vice President and General Manager of Packaging and Operations, along with 36 team members. The group will play a key role in ensuring a smooth integration while maintaining high standards of service and innovation.
Puzach expressed enthusiasm about joining U.S. Lubricants, noting that the combined capabilities will enhance quality, flexibility, and service for customers’ packaging and blending requirements.
James Williams, President of U.S. Lubricants, described the acquisition as a major step toward delivering greater value and expanded solutions to customers. He emphasized that the integration will enable the company to provide more comprehensive and flexible offerings, particularly in aftermarket fluid programs.
Over the coming year, Pack Logix will be gradually integrated into U.S. Lubricants’ operations, with no immediate changes to ensure business continuity. Tyler Milbach, Director of Supply Chain and Product Management, stated that the integration will improve supply chain efficiency and service reliability while expanding overall capabilities.
With over 50 years of industry experience, U.S. Lubricants supplies automotive, commercial, and industrial fluids through a combination of authorized distribution of leading brands and its proprietary THRIVE lubricants. The company operates in-house blending and packaging facilities and distributes nearly 14 million gallons annually through a regional and national network. It is headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, and is part of U.S. Venture.
