6 Sept 2026

ExxonMobil is expanding the retail footprint of its Mobil lubricants in the Philippines through a new distribution partnership with TPC Energy Corporation.

Under the agreement, TPC Energy Corporation has been named an authorised distributor of Mobil lubricant products and services, bringing the brand to EcoOil’s nationwide network of retail fuel stations. The rollout will cover 50 EcoOil locations during 2026, followed by another 250 stations in 2027. This will give Mobil lubricant products a presence across all 300 EcoOil outlets by the end of 2027.The product range will include Mobil 1, Mobil Super, Mobil Delvac, Mobil Super Moto and Mobil Super Moto Scooter. Some participating EcoOil stations are also expected to provide lubricant-related services, including quick oil-change facilities.

The partnership was formally introduced at the EcoOil Alabang station in Muntinlupa, which has become the first location in the network to offer Mobil products. Customers can purchase the lubricants directly from product displays positioned near the station’s fuel dispensers.

Tan Kar-Hui, vice president of EXTAP, a business division of ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, said the collaboration with TPC Energy Corporation will help broaden consumer access to Mobil lubricants while supporting the brand’s growth in the Philippine market.

Ariel Tiongco, president of TPC Energy Corporation, said the company is looking to make Mobil products more accessible to Filipino consumers through its EcoOil retail network, with Mobil 1 positioned as the flagship offering. TPC Energy Corporation, formerly known as Total Philippines Corporation, has more than 20 years of experience in the lubricants sector. The company operates EcoOil retail stations and supplies fuels, lubricants and specialty fluids to commercial and industrial customers. The business became fully owned by Filoil Energy Company, Inc. in 2025 following a joint venture that had been in place since 2016. TPC Energy Corporation is headquartered in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
