SKF has announced that it will introduce its new FlowMaster III lubrication pump at CONEXPO‑CON/AGG 2026, scheduled from 3–7 March in Las Vegas, Nevada. Visitors will be able to view the new system at the SKF Lincoln booth (N10362) in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the FlowMaster III features a modern modular architecture aimed at improving reliability, simplifying maintenance, and reducing unexpected downtime. The pump is expected to be available for orders starting in June and is engineered to support equipment operating in harsh conditions where continuous uptime is critical.
The system incorporates direct-drive pumping technology and precision grease channels to provide high load-handling capability while minimising maintenance requirements. Its modular configuration allows technicians to quickly access and service key components using standard tools, significantly reducing the time needed for maintenance, assembly, or disassembly.
Key features of the FlowMaster III
Overflow-prevention module: Automatically halts lubricant flow when the reservoir reaches full capacity, helping prevent spills and potential safety risks.
Ultrasonic level-sensor module: Delivers accurate, real-time monitoring of lubricant levels and alerts operators when refilling is required.
Redesigned grease-follower module: Improves operational stability and nearly eliminates grease bypass.
Alemite RAM pump-tube module: Integrates filling and venting functions using a design that has been widely used and trusted for decades.
The FlowMaster III will be offered in several configurations, supporting reservoir capacities ranging from 60 lb to 400 lb. It will also be available with either 24-VDC or hydraulic motors. The pump is compatible with both progressive and single-line lubrication systems, allowing it to be integrated into a wide range of machinery platforms.
Blake Woods, Product Manager at SKF, said the new pump was developed in response to real operational requirements from industries where equipment uptime is critical. He noted that the combination of modular design, durable construction, and enhanced safety features helps reduce downtime, simplify maintenance, and improve workplace safety.
The FlowMaster III is intended for use across sectors such as mining, construction, industrial manufacturing, agriculture, and oil and gas. It will be supported by SKF’s global distribution network, which provides system design, installation services, operator training, and access to spare parts.
