FUCHS purchases IRMCO®, a producer of lubricants for metal forming

Mannheim, Germany, April 2, 2025 – On April 1, the FUCHS Group, a global leader in the lubricants industry, officially acquired IRMCO® Advanced Metalforming Lubricant Technologies, a U.S.-based company specializing in metal-forming lubricants for high-performance manufacturing. Founded in 1914 and headquartered in Illinois, the family-owned business brings over 100 years of expertise and innovation to FUCHS. This acquisition strengthens FUCHS’s industrial product range and supports its mission to deliver sustainable lubrication solutions across various sectors.
