Under the agreement, Energy Core Lanka has been appointed as the authorised distributor of TotalEnergies lubricants in the country. The partnership aims to strengthen market access to OEM-approved lubricants for passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, and industrial equipment across Sri Lanka.
TotalEnergies Marketing India Private Limited (TEMIPL) has partnered with Energy Core Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. to launch its portfolio of automotive and industrial lubricants in Sri Lanka.
Under the agreement, Energy Core Lanka has been appointed as the authorised distributor of TotalEnergies lubricants in the country. The partnership aims to strengthen market access to OEM-approved lubricants for passenger vehicles, commercial fleets, and industrial equipment across Sri Lanka.
TEMIPL stated that the product range introduced includes lubricants for automotive, industrial, and specialised applications, formulated to meet international performance standards specified by leading vehicle and equipment manufacturers worldwide.
Viken Najarian, CEO – Automotive Lubricants at TEMIPL, noted that rising vehicle ownership and expanding industrial activity in Sri Lanka are driving demand for advanced lubrication solutions. He added that the collaboration is intended to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and overall performance for local customers.
Dimitri Sheriff, Managing Director of Energy Core Lanka, said the partnership enables the introduction of TotalEnergies’ globally recognised lubricants portfolio to the Sri Lankan market, offering products widely used by automotive and industrial manufacturers worldwide.
Energy Core Lanka is part of a diversified Sri Lankan business group with interests spanning automotive, logistics, media, and industrial services. The company will manage nationwide distribution of TotalEnergies lubricants.
TotalEnergies Marketing India operates lubricant blending facilities in India and supplies products to both domestic and international markets as part of the TotalEnergies Marketing & Services division.
