Modernised, Sustainable Packaging
As part of the rebranding, the Engen Xtreme range now features contemporary packaging designed for better functionality and environmental sustainability. The updated design includes anti-counterfeit features, improved dispensing systems, and clearer labeling—making it easier for both mechanics and vehicle owners to confidently identify and use the right product.
In line with its commitment to eco-friendly practices, Engen has incorporated Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) materials into the packaging. This initiative helps reduce the environmental footprint while preserving the high standards of durability and performance that customers expect, underscoring the company’s dedication to sustainable innovation.
Supporting Local Manufacturing
Engen highlighted that its Xtreme lubricants have been locally manufactured in South Africa for over 25 years—demonstrating the company’s long-standing investment in and support of local production.
Immersive Launch Experience
The launch event offered guests—including mechanics from across Gauteng—an interactive experience showcasing the product’s advanced formulation, new packaging features, and expert insights from Engen’s technical team. The event also featured a live panel discussion and hands-on product demonstrations.
The reimagined Engen Xtreme lubricants range is now available at authorised Engen service stations and retail outlets nationwide.
